Black Girl Fit Club is an annual, online private wellness group for Black Women and Women of Color.

Our challenge groups (typically called 'rounds') run for 30 days each, 8 times per year, and each round from 1-8 builds on our full BGFC self-care curriculum. We host these rounds throughout the year beginning on March 1st, and running through December 31st, 2021. 

We are subscription-based, and our $67/month fee includes:

• 8 30-day challenge rounds per year 

• 32 group weekly Wellness chats per year

• 80 minutes worth of  1:1 sessions w/our coaches (1 free session each round)

• 4- included 1-hour 'State of You' deep-dive 1:1 sessions w/Coach Raj (+ a discounted rate for add'l sessions..)

• a free BGFC t-shirt and discounted rates off all merch for the year

Each 30-day challenge round includes:

• Our 30-Day BlackGirlFitClub self-analysis program, held in a private, confidential online space for us and by us

• Daily accountability check-ins

• 1:1 touch base calls w/each member

• Weekly group Wellness Chats

• Self-Care education (Analysis/State of You deep dive)

• Nutrition: recipes and education

• Hydration tips

• Fitness education, motivation & live workouts (Zumba, Yoga, Strength & Tone, Walking) 

• Live workouts - special guest fitness instructors

• BGFC printed workbook w/weekly assignments

• Presentations by Health SMEs for Gynecology, Breast & Reproductive Health
